Beaches Accommodations & Group Code

Beaches Resort is one of the nicest in the Carribean and is all inclusive. They have a 3 night minimum and some of our guests are arriving on Wednesday March 10th and Departing on Saturday March 13th.

As an all inclusive resort it is not the least expensive option and will run you about $3250 for 3 nights for 2 adults. That said it is one of the nicest destinations you will ever go with top notch service, food and beverages. All activities including scuba diving are included at no additional charge and there is absolutely no tipping allowed and even transportation to and from the airport is included. If you take advantage of all that is offered it is a good value and we are certain you will enjoy your stay at Beaches!

Beaches does offer a 10% military and first responder discount if that applies to you. You can check prices and book here https://www.beaches.com/resorts/turks-caicos/

We have a group code so make sure you use it when booking - our group code is WG21147257

There are 4 different villages within the resort and Luaira and I are staying in the Seaside Carribean village.  That said any of them are fine and all within a short walk of each other. French village is closest to the water park but farthest from the beach. Our favorites are Italian Village or Carribean Village but again all are fantastic.

Offsite Accomodations - AirBnB

If you prefer to look for more economical or flexible arrangements you may secure everything from a room to an entire house easily on AirBnB. A quick check found many options on the beach for a 2 bedroom condo or house at $200/night or less.

The image is of an AirBnB available these dates for $175/night and accomodates 4 guests and has access tot e beach and a pool.

Ideally if you choose this option look for something on or near Grace Bay as that is where the resort is. Also keep in mind that you will be charged $150/person to come onto the resort property on the day of the wedding but that fee is inclusive of all food and beverages along with access to all Beaches amenities and is only available on the day of the wedding.

Luiara and I will need to fill out a guest form and provide your credit card to secure the gate pass so please let us know at least 3 weeks in advance if this is your plan to stay off-site and come to our wedding on March 11 so we have time to make those arrangements.
