Resort Reservations
Although a very large resort, occupancy for July 2022 is booking up quickly. Please contact Michael (contact information below) to book your stay. He will plan/advise you regarding available room categories, in addition to providing you with additional resorts (all on same 12 mile Grace Bay Beach) should you want to extend your vacation with an alternate resort.
*** Reservations at Beaches Turks and Caicos must be booked no later than June 20, 2022.
***Please try to arrive no later than Friday, July 22, 2022 as there Cocktail Welcome Celebraton on Friday, July 22, 2022 and a offsite dinner scheulded for Saturday, July 23, 2022. See "Wedding - Itinerary" page for additional details.

Resort Pass Required
If you do not plan to stay on the Beaches Resort, there's a mandatory resort pass required to attend the wedding and reception for a cost of $145 per adult and $70 per child. No guest wil be allowed to enter Beaches Resort without this pass.
***Important***
The pass allows entry upon 1 hour prior to the wedding.

Flights
Flights to Providenciales, Turks & Caicos are now available. Again, please contact Michael to plan your flights. Of course, if you prefer to do this on your own, use miles/points, please do so.
For those flying from the west coast, please realize that most likely you will take a “red eye” flight to arrive on your first day of stay on the Island. Most flights will have connections at various US airports.
Arrival/Departure at Providenciales Airport(PLS), Turks & Caicos Islands
Turks & Caicos Providenciales Airport is 15 minutes/6 miles from Beaches Resort Turks & Caicos. Complimentary round trip airport/resort transfers are included in your Beaches Resort stay.
Travel Insurance
As always, travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your vacation dollars. However, even more important as we continue to fight COVID-19. Beaches is currently offering free travel insurance.
Travel Documentation
Travel to Turks & Caicos requires that you have a Passport to visit. Passports must be valid for 6 months after your scheduled return date (approx. end of January 2023). Please be sure that it is a Passport Book, not a Passport Card as the card does not allow you to fly internationally (only good for land border crossings).
COVID-19 Updates
Update May 1 2022: Changes have been made to entry requirements:
*All visitors ages 18 and over must be fully Vaccinated to enter the Turks and Caicos Islands.
*Vaccination required up to 14 days prior to arriving.
No Longer Requred
A negative COVID-19 test and trip insurance.
Face masks
Please note a negative COVID-19 test may be required for re-entry into the USA.
