General Flight Information
Most guests are planning to fly using Southwest Airlines. This is your choice. Whatever airline you choose, it is easier to fly into Monego Bay airport. Most guests are planing on flying in on Thursday, May 5 and leaving Tuesday May 10. The duration of your trip is entirely up to you, do what works best for your situation. Passports are required for international travel. Please make sure your passport is not within 6mo of expiring at the time of travel. If it will be expired, you need to renew it. This takes time to process, even if you pay for it to be expedited. Please plan ahead.
Airport Concierge Service
There is a service called Club Mobay that is said to help expedite your airport check in. This is a service that you must pay for before you arrive at airport, and there is a round trip or one way option. The link to this service is provided below. It is said to be worth every penny, as it bypasses 2+ hour lines at the airport. Again, this service is completely optional, but available to use if you choose.

Shuttle Information
Shuttle to and from Montego Bay is provided free of charge by Beaches resort. Since many guests are coming in on Thursday and leaving Tuesday, we have arranged a private service to haul everyone over and back on those days. To all other arrivals and departues, please make sure Beaches has your flight information so they can arrange for your pickup.
The journey from Montego Bay Airport to the resort is 1.5hrs. Please plan accordingly! Go potty prior to bording bus, bring snacks..etc. Not sure what will be available onboard the shuttle.
Covid Testing
As of now, Covid testing is still required to get into Jamaica, and US requires one to get back. This is changing all the time and may change again before the trip. We will try and keep everyone posted closer to departure date.
