Room Information

We would love our friends and family to arrive no later than Thursday, June 15th and depart no earlier than Sunday, June 18th!  But feel free to stay as long as you would like!
To reserve a room, it is a refundable $400 deposit. The remainder of the room balance isn’t due until right before the wedding!

Closer to the wedding, Jenny will assist with adding flights and travel protection for anyone interested.  Flights and travel protection will need to be paid in full when added, where the remainder of the room payment wouldn’t be needed until 60 days prior to the wedding.

Booking A Room

Contact Jenny (email is preferred) with your full names as they appear on your passports, dates of birth, and preferred travel dates.  There are many room types available and she will work you to find the best room. If you have a Sandals Select loyalty number, please include that in your email so you can get points for your stay.

Reminder:Passports must be valid at least 6 months after travel, so please ensure your passports are valid through January 2024. If they are not, you have plenty of time to get them renewed.

Travel Advisor Information

COVID-19 Information

St. Lucia does not require vaccinations at this time. There are some specific requirements Jenny can share more information about.  Subject to change, but at this time a negative PCR test is required to enter St. Lucia and Sandals arranges for COVID testing to re-enter the U.S.
