Will and I first met during our first semester at UNE in 2010. We both lived in the same building, Assisi, but I lived on the 3rd floor and Will lived on the 1st. Oddly enough, we didn't meet at our dorm first, but at an introductory environmental class that we both took on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The first time Will talked to me was on a day we had a quiz in class, and clearly (yet not surprisingly), Will was unprepared. He came in the room JUST before class was about to start and sat down at the empty desk beside me. I looked at him, he looked at me, and then he said, "Well, I'm screwed." Actually his language was a bit more colorful than that, but not very appropriate to put onto our wedding website haha. After that, we started to slowly talk to each other, found out we lived in the same dorm building, and seeing each other. Once we started officially dating in November 2010, we truly got to know each other and growing as a couple. We rented our first house in Kennebunkport together for our senior year of college, which was the first time we officially lived together. Once we graduated, we lived together in an apartment in Biddeford for two years before moving to our current apartment in Ellsworth. Now, we have been working on our careers and furthering our lives with the best dog ever, Dugan. We are finally able to take this next step together due to all our hard work. I may have been waiting legit YEARS for this moment to come, but I'm happy we waited and were able to plan our dream destination wedding!

10 years...I have spent the last ten years with my best friend and let me tell you we have been on through a lot. It all started in college and from there it went to climbing a volcano in Hawaii, to exploring ice hotels/castles in Quebec, to well 2020. Jane has always been by my side through the good and the bad making both friends and memories. Now, after MANY suggestions from those same friends and family, I have proposed and we are finally getting married! A new chapter and adventure begins with my best friend. So, let’s start it off someplace just as new like JAMAICA! I know it is a haul but doesn’t a little escape from a New England winter sound great?!
