To make things as easy as we can on our guests we have our travel agent, Jennifer Kowalski who will be assisting all our guests to arrange their accommodations. There are no fees associated with her, so please do not hesitate to reach out to her! She is there to make your life easier and also assist us in managing our guest count for the ceremony and reception. She has a group code to use when booking for our wedding.
One of the reasons we picked Beaches is for their very accommodating cancellation or modification policy. It is very important to note that this resort is not extremely large, and at the same time it is very popular. If you haven't yet, be sure to your room ASAP because the property will sell out. You are able to secure your room with a deposit of $400. That deposit is fully refundable if cancelled before final payment which will be due sometime in October, the exact date will depend on which day you plan to arrive at the resort. We hope that this helps make it a little easier to plan more than a year out for all of you! Something to note, staying at the Beaches Resort is certainly not a requirement (although we would all love you to!) There are a number of hotels in the area, so please feel free to find something more to your liking and simply join us at the Beaches Resort for the wedding.
There a few caveats along with that:
You would only be able to come to the resort on the day of the wedding for the allotted time, and you'd have to purchase wedding passes.
The wedding pass is $150 per person for adults; and $55 per person for kids.
We have also heard Jamaica’s airport can be- challenging. There is something called Club Mobay, which is Jamaica’s airport concierge service at the Montego Bay Airport. It is an add-on for arrival and departure, and it is highly suggested for guests to get it. If you are interested, please get it ASAP as it also sells out- like the rooms!
