I stared through the corny jokes, side eyed through the Maverick and Goose references (Goosed died), kept quiet through the random rants and argued feveriously during debates. While seeing each other practically everyday, we never saw each other until the sun rose and shed light.  

It was in that awakening I saw the true spirit of the man called "Chill". He plays too much and knows everything, yet he loves family, he loves me, and most importantly he loves GOD!

Without looking, without knowing, God was slowly intertwining two pieces of the same cloth.  As we embark on this chapter of our lives it is truly a blessing to have him by my side to navigate this thing called life. "Cuz if life's gonna be crazy, I wanna do it with him! ~ Steady Love
